Metrolina Carts is a family-owned business that was founded in 2012 by father and son, Del and Bret Elliott. With Del’s extensive background in business ownership for the past 30 years and Bret’s eager desire to become a business owner, the two decided to serve the community and surrounding areas with a one-of-a-kind custom golf cart shop.
Our goal is, and has always been, to set the highest standard in quality and craftsmanship in the industry. We strive to build the best custom carts at the best prices while giving our customers an unforgettable experience.

Metrolina Carts exceeded EVERY SINGLE expectation that I came in with on the purchase day for my Cart. Bret and Don personally helped to customize, detail, build and modify EVERY Single square inch of my Cart to absolute perfection!!! They were wonderful to work with and kept me informed at all times with the progress as my Cart was being built. I can't say enough about my family's joy with this Ride and everyone can't stop talking about it when they see it. It is definitely One of a Kind!!!

If you want to do business with someone who is going to do what they say they are going to, build you an awesome cart, and make sure everything is perfect then go to Metrolina Carts. These days most people fall short of their words, Metrolina Carts did not. Bret was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and did not fail to deliver anything he assured he would do. I wish I could do business with people like this all the time. I like that I could get in touch with him when I had questions, and the cart was exactly what we talked about. There were no shortcuts, no run around, no sorry I forgot, no typical nonsense. I know you people reading this review know what I'm talking about. If you are looking to make a considerable investment in something, you want to feel like the person providing this service actually cares about what they are providing you. This is how I felt coming here.
Now about the cart. We shopped carts online to get a sense of how much we were going to spend and what we wanted. They can be pricey but we got a great deal for what we wanted here. I had a hard time deciding where to get our cart built and I rely heavily on reviews when word of mouth isn't available. That's why I wanted to put this review up. Fortunately where I work there is a couple people who drive awesome golf carts to work because they live close enough. I would see them everyday in the parking lot and think to myself that is exactly what I want when we go to the beach or neighborhood pool. Finally I found out from both the owners where they were built. Both people told me Metrolina Carts. I spoke with one of the guys about how it was to work with Metrolina Carts and he was thoroughly impressed and hands down recommended them. That's how I decided where to go because the experience is a lot of what makes the product worth it. The quality of everything is exactly what we expected and I've had no problems. My experience here was with a custom build and it was great. They also sell pre built carts and from what I saw they were every bit as nice as the one we got. We liked that when we were picking out what we wanted they had examples on display between the parts they have on hand and the carts you can see that are already built. I liked hearing the speakers, feeling the difference in tires by driving the carts that had them installed, and other things like seeing the add ons we wanted and how they would look installed.
Overall my experience here was perfect and I saw no reason to believe that yours would be any different. It seemed to me that whether you're building a cart, getting one serviced, or buying some add ons that you wouldn't have a similarly great experience here. Thank you Bret! You have definitely earned my continued business!

Bret and his family are great people to deal with. No pressure, honest advice and beyond friendly. Within a few minutes of meeting them you know you can trust them. Their workmanship is top notch and deliver on their promises. We bought a brand new Icon from them and love it. Bret was very accommodating, changing our seat colors from the factory lay out for me.
